Four of us were totally happy with our Happy Hour experience at Spasso's in Media. Service was cheerful and attentive even when it got busy. We shared mussels, oysters, 1 mushroom and 1 caprese pizza, spiendini, and escargot. Everything was delicious, fresh and tasted "homemade" in a good way. Only a little disappointed over the oysters having only 4 to the order, but they were delicious and served with both cocktail sauce and mignonette. No photos, having fun.

Stopped by for lunch and sat in the main dining area. I ordered and enjoyed the roasted beet, goat cheese, and arugula salad with grilled chicken and the grilled chicken with Brocolli rabe. I also tried a blood orange mule--one of their non-alcoholic drinks. All the food was on point as was the service. This place will be on our regular rotation for lunch and dinner too!

Great family Italian restaurant! The pasta here is amazing. You can tell the difference. It's better than typical pasta. They must have some family secrets. The pasta melts in your mouth the crab ravioli had a very fresh basil pesto and the sundried tomatoes gave it a perfect accent. The other dish is the Burata tortellini I didn't taste it but it was enjoyed. No doggie bags plates were cleaned. We also had grilled and fried calamari for two different takes on a favorite. Both were good. I liked the grilled best because it's not as common. Had molten lava cake for desert and tartufo yum. Will go back! It's worth the trip. Also cute town with a nightlife if you want to make a night of it.

My bestie from NY was in town for the weekend. I have her a few options to choose from and she landed on Spasso specifically due to the "homemade pasta" on the menu. Spasso did not disappoint! The room we were sat in was bright and full. It was a bit difficult to hear/concentrate on the specials out server David was relaying but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a quick question. We started off with cocktails (me an espresso martini and her a special apple drink). Delicious! She got the beet salad as an app and I the caprese salad special. Her beet salad did not scrimp on the beets! My caprese was the perfect amount of savory. I was sad when it was gone. For entrees she got the Gnocchi Alla Vodka and I the Short Rib Pappadelle but swapped out the sauce for the gorgonzola. It was the perfect pairing! Very decadent in the best way. We both left with to-go boxes as we HAD to save room for dessert. She got the chocolate mousse cake and I the creme brulle. We devoured them. This place is a must go and David was a fantastic server! Excited to try more off the menu!

We came here for dinner one night. The atmosphere is very nice. We sat outside, they have two outside areas to sit in that are really nice. We want to come back for drinks and check out the other outdoor beer garden area. My son and husband ordered the pizzas... margarita and peperoni. The pizza is delicious! I ordered a pasta dish and it was really good. They make the pasta fresh there. I got the eggplant appetizer, it wasn't my favorite but we had the little cheese and rice balls (I forgot what they are called) and it was so yummy. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner with the family or date night.

Second time going to Spasso and I was not disappointed. The first visit was okay, noting remarkable but the food was really good. This time I came as part of a large group to celebrate an engagement. Our server, Zach, was very attentive even though we were in a side room. He also got all of our orders correct (even with multiple substitutions and changes) and he was also great at the end when we needed our celebration cake prepared and cut. The drinks and food were great as well. I was a bit bummed that the pasta dish I wanted didn't come with vodka sauce which is my favorite, but I was able to easily switch it out! The whole table was very impressed with the food and service and said we'd be back to try the weekend brunch special.
